SECTION 304A OF IPC
Causing death by negligence (लापरवाही से मृत्यु होने के कारण ):-
Section 314A of the IPC is imposed on those who negligence caused someone to die.
PUNISHMENT:-
Three & Two years punishment & fine & both.
BAILABLE & NON BAILABLE-
BAILABLE
WHICH COURT-
First class Megistrate(प्रथम वर्ग न्यायाधीश )
NOTE- In case of road accident this section is offen used when someone has dies.
