DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OBC'S CREAMY-LAYER AND NON-CREAMY-LAYER
There are three cast categories in India- General, OBC(Other Backword Class) and third SC(SCHEDULE CAST) & ST(SCHEDULE TRIBE). SC-ST Get large benefits in government services than other categories by the government on the central and state level. Some sub-categories are available among them for example In General category EWS(Economically backward class)is a sub-category that like in OBC has two categories first creamy layer and another Non-Creamy layer.

Different between Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer.
Creamy Layer:-
If your family income is above eight lakhs by all sources including business, government services or any type means your family income is above eight lakhs you belong under the creamy layer at the present time and can't get benefits of OBC.
Non-Creamy-Layer:
If your family income is below eight lakhs you will belong to the non-creamy layer category under the OBC category. and you can take all the benefits that provide a government for OBC categories.
